Coastal Cottage Protection

ocated just meters from the shoreline, this cottage was constantly battered by salt spray, high winds, and intense UV rays. The existing exterior paint was peeling and bubbling, leaving the underlying timber vulnerable to rot and silvering.

We performed a deep-clean to remove salt deposits before applying a specialized, high-build masonry and wood primer. We finished the cottage with a premium, salt-resistant flexible paint system in "Oyster White," designed to expand and contract with temperature changes without cracking.

The cottage regained its bright, coastal aesthetic with a finish that is built to last. By using marine-grade materials, we provided a protective barrier that prevents moisture and salt from penetrating the structure, ensuring the home remains beautiful and protected for years to come.
